The contemporary jacket is a modern interpretation of the sexton look, with strong architectural lines but rough up to date by being slightly more minimal and less exaggerated with the lapel. All lines focus on the narrowest part of the body at the waist, flowing down from a crisp shoulder line.

Those who, like us, enjoy a touch of romance in their dress may prefer trousers cut with pleats. Our Heritage Trousers are cut in the classic mid-century style with a high rise, generous legs and two deep, forward-facing pleats on each side of the waist. Trousers like these create the illusion of a slim waist and hips, and form the bottom half of the hourglass shape that starts with our jackets. We finish these with our signature pistol shaped side straps and slant-jet pockets; details which help our Heritage Trousers to retain a clean, fluid line through the leg.

Woven in Italy, weighing an all year appropriate 260g, this cloth is woven from 100% wool. The base colour of this cloth is a timeless deep Navy, with a subtle beeded stripe repeating every 3/4". At this weight the drape is elegant, whilst not being too heavy as to cause over heating, nor so light as to crease easily.
