This soft sky blue wool is cut on our notch lapel block, making for a wonderfully punchy but simple summer jacket.

Our strong shoulder and wide notch lapel creates a masculine and structured sillohette, while the soft subtle powder blue adds some playfulness to what could otherwise have been a more serious suit.

Complete the look with the matching waistcoat and jacket for fancy but fun wedding attire, or match the jacket to light or bright trousers, such as cream for a classic classy look, or something colourful like a pink to really pack a punch.

Notched lapels can look handsome too, particularly on business suits or sports jackets, which can afford to be a little more understated. We eschew slim lapels, whether peaked or notched, in favour of generous shapes that reinforce an hourglass silhouette. Adding a second button to a single-breasted jacket likewise softens its impact, but is nonetheless extremely elegant and can help to balance the slightly shorter, squarer proportions of notched lapels.

Cut on our classic block, these sky blue trousers are a generously full leg and completed with a turned up hem.

As well as the roomy fit cutting an old-school classic aesthetic, the loose nature allows air to ventiolate, keeping you cool with a breeze between your knees.
