Dark Indigo Denim Cloth
Versatile and refined. A dark indigo denim woven in Italy from 100% cotton at 300g per metre — robust and well-balanced in the hand, with a lovely handle that is firm without stiffness and soft without losing its structure. A simple, smart denim that works naturally across a wide range of combinations.

Trouser Block
Most of our trousers are cut with timeless, gently tapered legs, but having recently reintroduced Parallel Trousers (which taper through the thigh and then fall straight from the knee) we have further developed the pattern to finish with a wider hem still. These come with no small amount of sex appeal, and are the style of trouser that Edward introduced at Nutter’s of Savile Row, as worn by the rock aristocracy of the 1970s – Mick Jagger in particular. The wider leg encourages an exceptional drape, adding further drama to the already iconic parallel trouser style.
Cloth information
Simple and striking. A dark indigo denim flare in a robust, well-balanced cotton that is firm enough to hold the Edward Sexton silhouette with complete precision and soft enough to wear with ease. The cloth has a lovely, considered handle that sits somewhere between structured and relaxed — versatile and smart enough to wear across a wide range of occasions. Made to order garments are based on our ready to wear garment measurements, as seen on our size guide. This option allows you to order an out of stock garment to be created for you specially - without changes to measurements or style. This service is predominantly for existing customers who are familiar with how our garments fit, but require a size that is unavailable or sold out in store.
Standard make time for Made to Order garments is 6-8 weeks, though express options and associated fees are available. For express items, please contact the team.
Made to Measure garments are priced slightly higher than Made to Order and will require a consultation with one of our team. Existing customers can just email us to order a made to measure garment.
