Description
Dark Grey Bird's Eye Suit — Heritage Jacket & Heritage Trouser Perennial and precise. A dark grey bird's eye suit in the Heritage Jacket and Heritage Trouser — one of the most considered expressions of the Edward Sexton vision. The wider lapels and bolder silhouette of the Heritage Jacket carry real drama and presence; the Heritage Trouser's deep pleats and fuller leg line bring classical Savile Row ease. The bird's eye cloth ties it all together with its rich tonal texture and quiet authority. A suit for someone who understands that true elegance is never accidental. Shown here in a size 40 jacket and size 34 trouser. 100% wool, 320g/m², woven in Italy. Dry clean.

Timeless and quietly powerful. A dark grey bird's eye Heritage Jacket with wider lapels, a bolder silhouette, ticket pocket, and side vents — the kind of jacket that represents the very best of what Edward Sexton and Savile Row stand for. Texture, tone, proportion, and classical elegance, with just enough edge to keep it feeling entirely alive. Shown here in a size 40.

Jacket Block

Our Heritage Jacket is the epitome of the Sexton look, cut with confident peak lapels, a straight shoulder line and one button to fasten. Single-breasted one-button jackets like this contribute to a lean, athletic look. The single button focuses the eye on the wearer’s natural waistline, while a broad lapel draws the eye towards the shoulders, which contrasts with the jacket’s slim waist. The overall impression is supremely elegant, and true to our Art Deco reference points.

Trouser Block

Classic Savile Row elegance in a trouser — the Heritage Trouser is an Edward Sexton signature piece, updated with a rich, full, generous leg line that harks back to the flowing, architectural cuts Edward was making for his bespoke customers in the eighties and nineties. Two deep, generous forward pleats sit beautifully with tailored jackets and give the trouser a real Savile Row presence and character, while the fluid, flowing leg line moves with an easy, masculine elegance that feels entirely considered. The high-rise two-inch waistband — worn just an inch below the navel — has a lovely slimming effect and gives the trouser a classic, confident stance. The signature pistol side adjusters and five-inch extension held in place with a keeper loop ensure a precise, comfortable fit. A generous two-inch turn up finishes the leg with the same architectural intention that runs through the whole trouser. Equally at home as part of a suit or worn as a distinguished separate.

Cloth information

Timeless and refined. A dark grey bird's eye woven in Italy from 100% wool at 320g per metre — a Savile Row staple cloth that Edward Sexton has long favoured for its quiet authority. The bird's eye itself is generously proportioned without losing any of its refinement, giving the cloth a rich, modelled texture and tonal variation that lifts it well beyond a plain grey. Robust, beautifully draping, and naturally crease resistant. 100% wool, 320g/m², woven in Italy. Dry clean.
