Description
A refined single-breasted jacket in a dark, understated Glen check. Woven from 85% wool and 15% cashmere at 480g, the cloth has a soft brushed finish and reassuring winter weight. The large-scale pattern is muted and elegant, giving quiet depth to the dark charcoal tones. Cut with a contemporary notch lapel, it’s subtle, discreet, and beautifully proportioned—letting the cloth’s texture and scale speak through Sexton’s precise tailoring.
About the block
Notched lapels can look handsome too, particularly on business suits or sports jackets, which can afford to be a little more understated. We eschew slim lapels, whether peaked or notched, in favour of generous shapes that reinforce an hourglass silhouette. Adding a second button to a single-breasted jacket likewise softens its impact, but is nonetheless extremely elegant and can help to balance the slightly shorter, squarer proportions of notched lapels.

Made to order garments are based on our ready to wear garment measurements, as seen on our size guide. This option allows you to order an out of stock garment to be created for you specially - without changes to measurements or style. This service is predominantly for existing customers who are familiar with how our garments fit, but require a size that is unavailable or sold out in store.
Standard make time for Made to Order garments is 6-8 weeks, though express options and associated fees are available. For express items, please contact the team.
Made to Measure garments are priced slightly higher than Made to Order and will require a consultation with one of our team. Existing customers can just email us to order a made to measure garment.
