Notched lapels can look handsome too, particularly on business suits or sports jackets, which can afford to be a little more understated. We eschew slim lapels, whether peaked or notched, in favour of generous shapes that reinforce an hourglass silhouette. Adding a second button to a single-breasted jacket likewise softens its impact, but is nonetheless extremely elegant and can help to balance the slightly shorter, squarer proportions of notched lapels.

Our classic gentlemen’s trouser developed in 2023 is clean and close around the top but fuller through the knee and hem. This trouser is both comfortable and timelessly elegant, and with its 2” waistband with a long extension and side adjusters, it sits beautifully on an elegant show or rests naturally on a trainer.

Deep black and richly textured, this corduroy cloth is characteristically dense and weighing 480g/m - great for the cooler months of the year. The fabric is woven in 90% Cotton as its base, for a rich pile, 8% Polyamide for the structure of the cloth in with 2% Elastane for a little stretch so you can move easily.
