Description
Rich and sumptuous. A refined brown sports jacket in a loosely woven cashmere, wool, and silk tweed with a staircase texture that gives the cloth a complex, tactile depth and a lovely range of warm brown tones with lighter flecks running through it. The cashmere makes it exceptionally soft and rich in the hand; the silk adds a subtle strength and recovery; the wool gives it the body and structure to hold its shape. A notch lapel, ticket pocket, and centre vent keep the make-up clean and considered. A genuinely special sports jacket. Shown here in a size 40.

Jacket Block
Notched lapels can look handsome too, particularly on business suits or sports jackets, which can afford to be a little more understated. We eschew slim lapels, whether peaked or notched, in favour of generous shapes that reinforce an hourglass silhouette. Adding a second button to a single-breasted jacket likewise softens its impact, but is nonetheless extremely elegant and can help to balance the slightly shorter, squarer proportions of notched lapels.

Made to order garments are based on our ready to wear garment measurements, as seen on our size guide. This option allows you to order an out of stock garment to be created for you specially - without changes to measurements or style. This service is predominantly for existing customers who are familiar with how our garments fit, but require a size that is unavailable or sold out in store.
Standard make time for Made to Order garments is 6-8 weeks, though express options and associated fees are available. For express items, please contact the team.
