Description
Playful and formal. A navy and cream stripe poplin shirt in a 100% cotton with two alternating stripes, one very fine and one wider, spaced three-eighths of an inch apart. The cream ground and dark, greyish navy stripe have a boldness in proportion that is softened by the earthy, considered tone of the colour, making it more versatile and subtle than it first appears. Equally good worn with a tie or open at the neck. Finished with the Edward Sexton signature long-pointed hidden button down collar and a button cuff.
100% cotton, woven in Italy. Machine wash.
About the block
The hidden button-down collar shirt is the most versatile of Sexton shirts with our signature dramatic (9.4cm) spear point collar, with a soft construction to allow it to roll gently around a tie. The Hidden button down points stays perfectly in place when worn without a tie. The proportions work perfectly with our jacket proportions.

Made to order garments are based on our ready to wear garment measurements, as seen on our size guide. This option allows you to order an out of stock garment to be created for you specially - without changes to measurements or style. This service is predominantly for existing customers who are familiar with how our garments fit, but require a size that is unavailable or sold out in store.
Standard make time for Made to Order garments is 6-8 weeks, though express options and associated fees are available. For express items, please contact the team.
Made to Measure garments are priced slightly higher than Made to Order and will require a consultation with one of our team. Existing customers can just email us to order a made to measure garment.
